How To Request Service

  1. Review the Home Builder's Limited Warranty to determine what it says regarding the item you believe requires service.
  2. Complete the Customer Service Request form found on page 17 of your Homeowner's Maintenance Manual. Please include your address and work and home phone numbers. Describe in detail the item, including the location of the item. (e.g. kitchen or master bathroom).
    NOTE: JACKSON PENDO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT VERBAL REQUESTS. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING ON THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST FORM."
  3. MAIL or FAX the completed form to:

What Happens to the Customer Service Request?

Review - When we receive your Customer Service Request form, we will determine if the item is covered by the Home Builder's Limited Warranty, if it is the responsibility of a subcontractor or manufacturer, or if it is your responsibility. We must inspect the problem to review and fully understand the request for service and determine responsibility for subsequent actions.

Schedule Repair - If the item is covered by warranty, repairs are then scheduled for completion in a timely manner after our receipt of your Customer Service Request form. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, this process may take longer. If a delay happens, we will keep you informed of the anticipated completion date.

When you request service, we will make every effort to schedule the appointment at a time that is convenient for you. All appointments must be scheduled between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm during regular weekday work days.

Permission To Enter - Employees, subcontractors, and representatives of Jackson Pendo Development Company will not enter your home if it is unoccupied. When warranty service is scheduled, you must be present or arrange to have another person present while we are in your home. Please keep in mind that we cannot enter a home where there are unattended minor children. Please contain all pets on days when repairs are scheduled.

If you are not at home when we arrive, we will leave a note so you will know that we have attempted to keep the appointment. Please call to reschedule the service appointment.
